Hush has wowed us in the past with their fantastic looking slient media center PC. Today they've abbounced the new M MCE Mobile series in an ITX e case, using the low power Intel Pentium M and Celeron M mobile processors.

The new M-series is delivered pre-installed with Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.

The Mini-ITX form factor mainboard in the M-Series is based on the Intel 855GME chipset and supports the Intel Pentium M and Celeron M processors up to 2 GHz, with a Front Side Bus of 400 Mhz. One DDR DIMM socket supports up to 1GB DDR200/266/333 DDR SDRAM. The board also supports a 10/100 Base T Ethernet LAN / Gigabit LAN controller, 5.1 audio, TV out, and up to six USB 2.0 ports. Two 3.5" or 2.5" hard disks can be fitted with a capacity of up to 400GB and 120GB respectively.

The M MCE Mobile series is optimized for digital media performance and uses the integrated Intel Extreme Graphics engine as well as Intel Dynamic Video Memory for high quality playback. In addition, the Mini-ITX Extended supports CRT and DVI devices. Alternatively, the system can be equipped with an analogue or DVB-T TV card.

In accordance with Hush's product philosophy, there are no fans in the system. Generated heat is conducted away via a heatpipe to the aluminium case guaranteeing a steady operating temperature within the case. The anti-vibration case is manufactured from an aluminium alloy 13mm thick. An internal 90W power supply provides the power for the M MCE system.

The new Hush M MCE Mobile -Series is available in black or silver and is delivered with pre-installed Windows XP MCE 2005, MS Works Suite 2005, eTrust EZ Antivirus, PowerDVD, and an infrared remote control.

A basic configuration with an Intel 1.4GHz Celeron M processor, 512 MB RAM, 160 GB hard disk drive and a slim-line DVD ROM is available for end users at a price of €1623. More detailed information can be found at http://www.hushtechnologies.com.
