Streamload, which offers an online service for transfer and storage of personal digital entertainment, today announced a joint marketing partnership with digital home software developer Meedio.

Meedio's award-winning media center software lets users enjoy digital media and information stored on their PC or home network through a customizable interface that can be navigated with a remote control. Meedio's support for photos, music, movies, weather, news, and games is complemented by over 200 third-party plugins.

"With Streamload's unlimited storage capabilities, Meedio users now have the opportunity to grow their entertainment library as large as they like without filling up their hard drive," said Steve Iverson, CEO and president of Streamload.

Through this partnership, Meedio has begun development of a Streamload plug-in to their media management software which enables consumers to seamlessly save and retrieve their digital files through Meedio's full-screen interface.

"With fully-integrated Streamload technology, users will not only be able to store and share an unlimited amount of digital media files, but will have the opportunity to enjoy those files using a TV and remote control," said Meedio's Vice President of Marketing, Alan Cheslow.
