Fujitsu Siemens and Microsoft have announced a partnership to include Fujitsu Siemens's digital TV reception technology in XPMCE.

The two companies will also collaborate closely in developing next generation TV products.

Fujitsu Siemens also announced the launch of several media center products including a Scaleo E in a shiny silver housing for the living room, new Activy Media Center models, a new Activity Media Player and the new Myrica Media TV, an LCD TV with networking functionality.

The Scaleo E has 512Mb RAM, a 160Gb hard drive and a multiformat DVD dual layer writer.
